Endless Games (エンドレスゲームズ?, Endoresu Gēmuzu), also known as Game (ゲーム?, Gēmu) in Rhythm Tengoku, is a place in the Medal Corner which consists of games that are played for an infinite amount of time, until the player makes a certain amount of mistakes. Unlike Rhythm Games, these are played with the objective of earning a high score, which increases to show how far the player has gotten. These games are unlocked by earning Medals.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix
In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, there is no actual Endless Games menu. Instead, the Gatekeeper Trio will halt the player's progression at certain points, and will only let them pass the Gate by clearing one their Trials, each of varying difficulty, and entry cost.
Saffron Trial: Easy
Saltwater Trial: Normal
Paprika Trial: Hard
After clearing a trial, the player will be allowed to continue past the gate, but they can still go back and try the other Trials. The player can replay cleared Trials for free. Clearing all three Trials will unlock the game as an Endless Game in the Museum.

Trivia
- In Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven, the games have a pre-set High Score for the player to beat. Interestingly, in Rhythm Tengoku the High Scores are all half the amount of points the player needs to reach before the game runs out of unique content, while in Rhythm Heaven, the High Scores are remarkably low.
- In Rhythm Tengoku, Mr. Upbeat is the only Endless Game to play a different sequence for High Scores, as Mr. Upbeat pumps his fists into the air in celebration as opposed to falling over disappointed. All other Endless Games do the same thing regardless if the player acheived a High Score or not.
- In Rhythm Heaven, Coin Toss is the only game to not play the Game Over sequence, instead it merely resets the player's score. Graphics for the words "Game Over" can be found in the game's data, however, and the Game Over sequence plays like normal in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
- In Rhythm Heaven Fever, there are no pre-set High Scores, instead the game tallies the "Personal Record" (of the current save file) and the "All-Time Record" (across all save files), as well as separate personal records for both players in the Two-Player Endless Games.
- The personal best record shows an icon or Mii, which for One Player is taken automatically from the save file. In Two Player, both players must input the icon or Mii when setting a new record, but they are not required to be different.
- In Minna no Rhythm Tengoku, while the game does acknowledge when the player achieves a High Score, it still plays the regular Game Over jingle. A dedicated jingle was added in the International releases.
- The personal best record shows an icon or Mii, which for One Player is taken automatically from the save file. In Two Player, both players must input the icon or Mii when setting a new record, but they are not required to be different.
- In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, as the Endless Games don't have any Epilogues, a second Rhythm Item can be obtained to fill it's space by achieving a certain score, although the game doesn't specify how much is required, only displays the current save file's personal best. It also doesn't acknowledge High Scores at all.
- Sick Beats is the only game whose Trial clear condition is to reach the end rather than a certain score. It lasts two loops of the music, just as long as the non-Endless version did in Rhythm Tengoku, although none of the Trials match the gameplay of the original.
- The number of Endless Games in Rhythm Heaven is one less than the number of Rhythm Toys. However, there are remnants of one more Endless Game (the sprite meant to be seen on the menu, internally named "demo_game_passboys". The sprite itself is blank).
- There is an unused and unfinished Endless Game in Minna no Rhythm Tengoku's Debug Menu named Seika Relay.
