Pirate Crew (ボート?, Boat) is the 4th Two-Player Endless Game in Rhythm Heaven Fever unlocked with 6 Duo Medals.
Gameplay
The player controls a crew member on a pirate ship to transport pigs across islands.
The captain yells 3 different things to order how to row the ship: Everybody Row! (まっすぐすみ!?, Massugu sumi!) orders everybody to row on every beat.
Okay, Right turn! (左みだれ!?, Hidari midare!) orders everyone on the left side to row every half a beat while those on the right side row normally.
And Left turn! (右みだれ!?, Migi midare!) orders everyone on the right side to row every half a beat while those on the left side row normally.
Upon starting a voyage, the ship is loaded with anywhere between 1 and 6 pigs. Upon reaching the next island, the pigs are unloaded, with the player receiving 50 points per remaining pig.

Trivia
- After a few voyages, the docks which appear when the boat reaches an island appear with a letter on them. They ultimately spell out the word GOLFHERO, which can be inputted in Police Call.
