Sono Hitotsubu no Ōkina Namida ni wa (その一粒の大きな涙には?, In a River of Tears) is the song used in Machine Remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The song was performed by Hikaru Ohashi, written and composed by Tsunku♂, and arranged by Yusuke Itagaki[1]. The vocals were removed in the international version.
