Lonely Storm (悲しみのスコール^?, Kanashimi no Squall) is the song used in Karate Man and Karate Man 2 in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Karate Man Combos! in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The song was performed by Soshi in Japanese and Clinton Edward Strother in English, written and composed by Tsunku♂, and arranged by Yusuke Itagaki. The blistering guitar solo was performed by Koji Kamada.

Credits for the arrangement used in Karateka 2 and the English versions are unknown.

Although Rhythm World Wii uses the English dub, a Korean translation is provided in Song Lyrics 4.

An arranged chiptune instrumental, shortened down to approx. 12 seconds, would be used for the practice of Karate Man Combos! in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. There are two versions of this instrumental that take after different segments of the song.
