Rhythm Heaven Megamix
Machine Remix consists of Figure Fighter 2, Fruit Basket 2, Rhythm Tweezers 2, and Glee Club 2. These games use the following versions:

Unused Content
The onions and potatoes from Rhythm Tweezers 2 have tops to their sprites which go offscreen. The light bulbs in this Remix retain the same top as the onions they are based on, which is also offscreen.
Glee Club 2 contains unused animations for the scream and baton cues, which goes unused as neither of these cues are used in this Remix.

At the end, the door in the background of Fruit Basket 2 shows the text ノリ✚第一 (Nori✚Daiichi?, Flow✚First) (a pun on "Safety First") in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, while Rhythm Heaven Megamix, Rhythm Paradise Megamix and Rhythm Sesang: The Best Plus show a chicken next to a car with a racing flag behind them. Given the shape of the car, this is most likely supposed to be Mr. Chicken from Charging Chicken.
The song for this Remix, Sono Hitotsubu no Ōkina Namida ni wa, has vocals in Japanese, but is only instrumental in other languages. While the song's name is acknowledged in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+, other regions do not. This quality is shared with Lush Remix.
