Sono Hitotsubu no Ōkina Namida ni wa (その一粒の大きな涙には^?, In a River of Tears) is the song used in Machine Remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The song was performed by Hikaru Ohashi, written and composed by Tsunku♂, and arranged by Yusuke Itagaki. The vocals were removed in the international version.

なんていうんだろう。人間の生きていく上でのテーマというか、	I don't know what to call it. It's a theme of human life.
「この社会の中で戦いながら、時には傷つくけど、でも、そのまま負けを認めちゃ終わりだよ」みたいなそんな青春ソングなんです。	It's a coming-of-age song that says, "I'm fighting in this society, and sometimes I get hurt, but it's over if I just admit defeat."
明るさと哀愁感が共存するメロディ。	A melody that is both bright and melancholy.
それを演出すべく「バックトラック」にも明るさもあるけど、サビなんかは心の葛藤がいっぱい詰まった切なさが強調されています。	The "backtrack" has some lightness to it, but the chorus emphasizes the sadness of the song, which is full of conflicting emotions.
