Sono Hitotsubu no Ōkina Namida ni wa (その一粒の大きな涙には^?, In this big tear drop of yours) is the song used in Machine Remix in Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+. The song was performed by Hikaru Ohashi, written and composed by Tsunku♂, and arranged by Yusuke Itagaki. The vocals were removed in the international version.

なんていうんだろう。人間の生きていく上でのテーマというか、	I don't know what to call it. It's a theme of human life.
「この社会の中で戦いながら、時には傷つくけど、でも、そのまま負けを認めちゃ終わりだよ」みたいなそんな青春ソングなんです。	It's a coming-of-age song that says, "I'm fighting in this society, and sometimes I get hurt, but it's over if I just admit defeat."
明るさと哀愁感が共存するメロディ。	A melody that is both bright and melancholy.
