Captain Blue Bird is a white duck who wears black sunglasses and a blue beret with a music note on it. He appeared along with the Blue Birds in the minigame Blue Birds in Rhythm Heaven.

• The captain and the Blue Birds made a cameo appearance in the Air Rally, sometimes in the background, replacing the normal birds.
