Toy Car (おもちゃカー?, Omocha Kā) is the 1st Rhythm Toy in Rhythm Heaven Fever. It is unlocked with 1 Medal.
Gameplay
This toy takes place on "ROUTE ♪", where the player controls a large arm. The goal is to pull back a small yellow car and let go at the right moment so it just enough power to align with an outline (out of sight from the start of the track).
