Dieter (Japanese: プルタ Buruta) is a human with a car-shaped hat that Tibby encounters in Rhythm Heaven Megamix who is the guardian of Machine Land and Machine Tower. He is very enthusiastic about cars and tools.
Role
Dieter appears as soon as Tibby enter Machine Land, and is seen acting like a car. He, however, reveals to Tibby that he's not going so great, due to a lack of "Flow". Tibby agrees to help him restore it by completing rhythm games. Dieter rewards him by unlocking the next area, allowing him to continue on his journey.
It is later revealed he is the guardian of Machine Tower. After Tibby helps him restore "Flow" to the tower, Dieter manipulates the energy of it to go towards the Power of Rainbow.
