Dieter (Japanese: プルタ Buruta) is a human with a car-shaped hat that Tibby encounters in Rhythm Heaven Megamix who is the guardian of Machine Land and Machine Tower. He is very enthusatic about cars and tools.
Role
Dieter appears as soon as Tibby enter Machine Land, and is seen acting like a car. He, however, reveals to Tibby that he's not going so great, due to a lack of "Flow".
