The Rhythm Heaven series has had relatively little official merchandise. Official items include stickers, clothing, soundtracks and promotional goods. This page lists all known official merchandise, with brief summaries and release or event context as available.
Rhythm Tengoku Arcade Prize Machine
The Arcade version of Rhythm Tengoku had UFO/claw-machine prizes featuring characters from Rhythm Tengoku[1]. These included:
- 『リズム天国 毛が伸びるクッション』 (Rhythm Tengoku Cushions with Growing Hair?): Cushions shaped like the Hair Vegetables, whose hairs can be pulled.
- 『リズム天国 毛付きロングTシャツ』 (Rhythm Tengoku Long T-Shirts with Hair?): T-shirts depicting Karate Joe, Sarge as seen in Marcher 2, and Harry Onion, whose hairs can be pulled.
- 『リズム天国 プチプチマスコット』 (Rhythm Tengoku Small Mascots?): Keychain plushies of a Monkey, Harry Onion, The Clappy Trio, a yōkai and the Girl.

Rhythm Heaven Mall Launch Event
In 2009, to promote the release of Rhythm Heaven, Nintendo set up Rhythm Heaven 'lounges' at various major hubs across the US. There were several standees featuring Rhythm Heaven characters.

Rhythm Paradise Sommertour Event
In 2009, there was a tour in Germany for Rhythm Paradise. Merchandise included red and green tour T-shirts with a Chorus Kid and a cajón drum featuring the game's logo.

In 2012, in North American, there was a launch event of Rhythm Heaven Fever, hosted by iam8bit[2][3]. Various promotional items include:
- A character figurine based on See and Saw.
- Flipper plushies.
- Headphones with the game's logo.
- Posters with the game's logo.
- T-shirts with Rhythm Heaven Fever art.
- Marshal cutouts.
- Heads of Robots from Screwbot Factory that you can wear.
