In early versions of ''[[Rhythm Heaven Silver]]'', some [[Rhythm Games]] were given new names rather than being directly translated. As the translation project started prior to the release of ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'', most of the names differed. Newer versions of ''[[Rhythm Heaven Silver]]'' have since adopted the official names. This list is only of the names that differ from the official localization, including those from before ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'' was released.
