Sneaky Spirits appear as common enemies in [[ssbwiki:Smash Run|Smash Run]] in ''[[ssbwiki:Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS|Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS]]''. They move just like they did in the original game, by popping up and down in the ground, moving towards the player slowly, then jumping back to do it again. They can't damage a player. Since they hide often and move quickly, hitting them can be difficult. However, they are weak otherwise, and managing to hit them enough sends them flying off, dropping a rare star boost, which ups all the stats of the player's character. They also appear as a trophy in the "Other" category.
