The game has two [[Karate Joe]]s, standing back-to-back against a red background. P1 controls the blue-skinned Joe on the left in a white robe, and P2 controls the purple-skinned Joe on the right with a purple robe, being the only [[Two Player]] game to not use the cyan/orange color scheme. Both players must hit the various objects as they fly out. At a few points, one player goes to the front and is the only one to hit objects. Unlike the regular game, no particles are shown flying on screen.<gallery>Screenshot Wii Karate Man Two Player.png</gallery>{{clear}}
