{{SITENAME}} was created on June 12, 2009, by {{user|James233}}. James, a currently inactive [[Project:Bureaucrats|bureaucrat]] and [[Project:Administrators|administrator]] of the site in his capacity as the founder, is no longer active on this site and is considered as having left the wiki.

Hosted by Wikia, {{SITENAME}} does not, and will never have a member who has the final word in community decisions, or any semblance of formal authority. Community decisions are the responsibility of all members, made by consensus through discussion. However, for maintenance and moderation purposes, {{SITENAME}} has a group of [[Project:Administrators|administrators]], who are experienced members of the site entrusted with additional tools.

If {{SITENAME}} is not run and hosted by a single person, then it is logical to ask who is responsible for the front-end look and feel of the site. As {{SITENAME}} is a wiki, a number of people collaborated to provide {{SITENAME}}'s current designs.
