*This game continues the tradition of having the final [[remix]] be a medley of every single game with [[Remix 10 (DS)|Remix 10]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven]]'' doing it beforehand.

**''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'' has [[Remix 6 (GBA)|a medley remix of its own]], however it is not the final [[remix]] in the game.

*This is the first time that a [[Remix]] has included an [[Introduction]] ([[Rhythm Test]], in this case). This is followed by [[Introduction]] showing up in [[Final Remix]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''.

*During the final round of [[Packing Pests]], there are two "false endings" created in an effort to trick the player. The first time, it stops the music and doesn't throw anything for a few seconds, then picks back up. After the next set of objects, the employees back up as the music stops and the screen fades to black. It then picks up again for one final round of objects and the final cut to black. The very last object is a bouquet of flowers unique to the [[Remix]].
