Hole in One is the 1st minigame played in Rhythm Heaven Fever and 30th minigame in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The player takes control of a golfer who hits the golf balls thrown to him by Monkey and Mandrill. Its practice mode in Fever starts with the character monkey introducing the main concept of rhythm and demonstrating its importance within the game. Its arrange variant, Hole in One 2, is unlocked later on.

The arrange version, Hole in One 2, apppears in the ninth stage Rhythm Heaven Fever and Right-Hand Tower in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Monkey and Mandrill throw golf balls toward the player, who must press A button to hit them at the right time to launch them across a lake and directly into the golf hole. Monkey makes a two-beat cue, throwing the golf ball on the second beat in which the player must hit on the third. Mandrill makes a four-beat cue, throwing the golf ball much more aggressively on the fourth beat which the player must hit at the same time.
The player takes control of a Golfer who hits the golf balls thrown to him by Monkey and Mandrill. Doing so correctly launches the golf balls across a lake and directly into the golf hole. Monkey makes a two-beat cue, throwing the golf ball on the second beat in which the player must hit on the third. Mandrill makes a four-beat cue, throwing the golf ball much more aggressively on the fourth beat which the player must hit at the same time.

During Practice, a whale sits in front of the island, with all the golf balls going into it's spout rather than the hole. In Rhythm Heaven Fever, this section is partially cinematic, depicting the Golfer meeting Monkey and Mandrill and learning the basics of rhythm from them. As this game is no longer the first in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, it is condensed to only the Monkey's and Mandrill's specific patterns.

Trivia
Trivia
*This is one of the many games in the Rhythm Heaven franchise to feature Monkey. Examples from other games include Tap Trial and Fan Club.
*This is the only main Rhythm Game in Rhythm Heaven Fever whose Practice theme is not a chiptune rendition of it's regular theme.
**Monkey's design in the game appears to be based on the monkeys from Tap Trial. This design is also the influence of the monkeys in Tambourine, Monkey Watch, and Exhibition Match.
**This however is changed in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, where every game's Practice theme is designed this way.
*This is one of a few games from Rhythm Heaven Fever to have its practice changed in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, as in the original it was much longer due to being the first game played.
*Both Hole in One and Spaceball appear in the first remixes of their respective games and the first remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
*Both Hole in One and Spaceball appear in the first remixes of their respective games (Remix 1 and Remix 1, respectively) and the first remix in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
