Phone is the 2nd Rhythm Toy in Rhythm Heaven. It is unlocked with 4 Medals.
Gameplay
The toy is a telephone which plays touch-tone sounds with rising pitch when numbers on the number pad are pressed, with 1 having the lowest pitch and 9 having the highest, except 5, which make a low-pitched beep when pressed. The number pad is inactive at first, requiring the player to touch the green phone button to pick up the receiver. The player can then call a number, and then touch the red receiver button to end the call.

Troughout the game, the player may come across various phone numbers. The main purpose of this Rhythm Toy is to call these numbers for easter eggs. In the below list, first the location of the number is specified, then the nubmer itself (First the one found in the English versions of the game, followed by the equivalent from Rhythm Tengoku Gold, where the 5 key is replaced is a ♪ symbol) and finally what is heard when the number is called, many of which are references to Rhythm Tengoku.

555-SAMURAI is found in Samurai Slice, where the moon in the background occasionally displays the number. Calling this number plays sound effects from Iai Giri from Rhythm Tengoku. This involves The Wandering Samurai attacking Yokai, until he takes damage from one, which prompts the jingle from the end of the Rhythm Game to play, and the call ends.

The phone itself is white. The phone holder's hand is completely white. At the top right corner of the phone, there's a small, orange rectangle. The number pad lays just to the right of where the phone is put down.
(555) PECK-YES is found in Tunnel, where one of the backgrounds is a flower field with a billboard showing the number. Calling this number plays sound effects from Blue Birds alongside a snare drum.

Gameplay
(555) EAT-BEET is found in Business Card, where the card itself shows the phone number is for the Stomp and Chomp Agriculture Co. Calling this number results in the Stomp Farmer from Crop Stomp picking up the line, simply repeating the voice clip he makes as he walks through the field.
The toy is a telephone which plays touch-tone sounds with rising pitch when numbers are pressed, with 1 having the lowest pitch and 9 having the highest, except 5, which make a low-pitched beep when pressed.

555-ROCK-OUT is found on the poster for the Battle of the Bands as the contact number. Calling this number plays music from Rap Men from Rhythm Tengoku, with the RAPMEN themselves making various voice clips at random.

*Entering the number from Business Card, (555) EAT-BEET (or 831♪831♪831♪ in the Japanese version), will have the farmer from Crop Stomp pick up the line.
*Entering the number from Samurai Slice (DS), 555-SAMURAI (or 246936♪1 in the Japanese version), will play the sounds of the Wandering Samurai from Rhythm Tengoku.
*Entering the number from the Battle of the Bands menu screen, 555-ROCK-OUT (or 44♪82831♪ in the Japanese version), will play the music from Rap Men from Rhythm Tengoku. The Japanese version will play clips from the original game, but the international versions translated the Japanese from 「たのしい!」 (tanoshii!) to 'Havin' Fun!'.
*Entering the number from Tunnel, (555) PECK-YES (or 2♪21♪98 in the Japanese version), will play random sounds of the Blue Birds alongside a snare drum.
Trivia
Each region's version of Rhythm Heaven has a different symbol on the 5 key. The North American version has an inverted eighth note with a 5 imposed on the note head, the Japanese and Korean version has an eight note (♪), and the European version just has the number 5.

**In Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Paradise, each number also has a corresponding set of letters, as is standard for phone number pads. Dialing letters in a phone number is simply substituted with the number with the corresponding letter. For example, 555-SAMURAI is dialed by inputting the numbers 5557268724.
