The gameplay is the same before. The player controls the blue-haired rapper on the right side of the screen. There are three main cues to press Ⓐ, which makes the blue-haired one go "Unh!" (The three cues are the {{Nihongo|'''ですか？'''|Desu ka?|Isn't it?}} as "Un!" once, {{Nihongo|'''かもネ'''|Ka mo NE|could be}} as twice and {{Nihongo|'''サイコー！'''|Saikō!|The BEST!}} as "Un!" twice again but faster).
