It is identical to Rhythm Rally from Rhythm Heaven. It looks like the table-tennis rally returns and becomes so popular that the Paddlers decided to play it on a big strawberry cake this time. Remember to return the ball to the beat!

A threequel later appears in Tibby's Mom under the title Cosmic Rhythm Rally.

The game starts after the whistle, you are a paddler with a box-head who is playing a table tennis match with his rival. Your rival will serve a ball to you, but in order to hit that ball, hold your Stylus to prepare your paddle and flick it to paddle it to serve it to your rival. There are three speeds of served balls: The normal ball which goes normally as it bounces smoothly, the slow one goes a little slower as it bounces higher, and the fast one before each fast one, there is a cowbell sound before it to warn you that it's coming at you in fast speed, so paddle it as soon as possible.. Each cue goes at the same speed, but there are different intervals and mixes of them.
It plays the same way like its prequel as you're controlling one of the paddlers that are enjoying a table-tennis rally game and the background is now a big cake with strawberries on it. Your rival will serve a ball to you, but to do so, you have to press A button to paddle it to serve to him. Normal and slow speeds are included in this sequel, but there is a new one added and it's a fast one. When you head a cow bell sound, it warns you that the ball is s coming in which it will come to you at fast speed and bounces really lower. Paddle it as faster as you can! Each cue goes at the same speed, but there are different intervals and mixes of them.

* Both this minigame and Rhythm Rally have the same superb message "Nothing beats a good rally!"
* The Japanese version title is different, as it shows the character rather than the sihouette and uses the letters to show a bouncing ball.
** This is also the same for the sequel.
