The graphics of the game are now updated to be in the same style as ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''<nowiki/>'s artwork, and 3D Effect of the [[Nintendo 3DS]] were added in this game to give more details as when [[Tap Trial Girl]] and [[MAN-K]]s are tapping together, the red little stars appear. Note that the MAN-Ks are smaller in this version than in GBA version. The controls and the entire game itself are left original just like its prequel.

The Tap Trial Girl is crying in the Rhythm Tengoku one. In Megamix, they added interrogation points and removed the rays that has in the background of the Rhythm Tengoku version.
