Cosmo Dance is the thirty-third rhythm game in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku]]'', being the sequel to [[Space Dance]]. In this game, the player controls a Cosmo Dancer who must do exactly like the other dancers and Cosmo Aunt.

In this game, the player controls one of the [[Cosmo Dancers]], led by the [[Cosmic Girl]]. The gameplay is the same as [[Space Dance]], the main difference being the characters and setting. The beat also has a swing feel, slightly altering the timing of each move.


 
In the middle of the game, the song pauses for a while, and a crowd can be heard murmurring. A countdown leads up to the final section of the song.
