There is no functionality to add the fourth member. The Japanese graphics for these signs still remain in all languages.

The textures from ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'' for the sign, including the board, the ropes and the text reading {{Nihongo|均等に３つ！|Evenly 3!}} and {{Nihongo|均等に４つ！|Evenly 4!}}, all still remain unused in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]''. The sign itself is done as a layout animation this time, with the text on the sign being plain text as opposed to a texture.

There is an empty group file labeled "GROUP_WSD_TUTORIAL_AGB_PACHI_PACHI.bcgrp", the filename indicating it is intended as the [[Practice]] theme for [[The Clappy Trio 2]].
