  • The Robots (ロボット達?, Robot-tachi) are mass-produced machines in Fillbots in Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

They are manufactured in three models:

    • ROBO M: The standard model, and the best selling one.
    • ROBO L: The luxury model, which consumes a lot of fuel.
    • ROBO S: Also known as a "tinybot", small and cute, designed for the kids.

    Story

The Robots are manufactured at the various robot factories, and are described as "delicate, precise machines" in the Robot Manual. They have a very highly advanced artificial intelligence, and by the time they reach the fueling zone at the end of the assembly line, they're already conscious and aware of the other robots around them. They might get offended if they notice another receiving more fuel than them, and are known to explode if given too much fuel. When they receive just the right amount of fuel, they take off into the sky, happy as can be.

In the first factory, two models, ROBO M and ROBO L, use eco-friendly fuel made of purple fruit juice. One of the workers laments that the robots eat better than they do, who has dried ramen noodles for lunch[1]. In the second factory, the same two models take a red-ish pink fuel. One person found a tiny gear on the street, presumably coming from this factory[2]. In another factory, a new model, ROBO S, is also manufactured.

One of each Robot Model can be seen at Rock 'n' Roll Hall in the audience during the Battle of the Bands. A ROBO M and ROBO S model appear in Rhythm Tengoku Gold Comic 09 にぎやかでおだやかな夜の巻き (A lively and peaceful night by Maki), where they greet the comic's main character upon returning home. In Cheer Readers, an image of a ROBO M model is used when flipping open the books during Practice. In Honeybee Remix, the robots can be seen taking a yellow-ish orange fuel, adorned with bee wings and antennae. In Wario...Where?, the ROBO M model is redesigned, now resembling Mike.

    Trivia

    • Although the point of the Rhythm Game is to fuel each Robot just the right amount, they appear to be functional with varying amounts of fuel, or varying colors. Notably, the ones seen in Rhythm Tengoku Gold Comic are white in color, implying they are functioning without any fuel.
    • It is unknown what the red-ish pink fuel is meant to be. There is an unused image in Fillbots 2 showing a factory with a strawberry and the number 2 in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. This, alongside the information from Robo Juice, implies the red fuel is actually strawberry juice. This further implies the yellow-ish orange fuel in Honeybee Remix is actually honey.
    • The factory where the ROBO S model was first manufactured is described as being the second one, built after the success of the first one with the new tiny robots being the defining feature. However, in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, a new short version was added, which contains Factory No. 1, while what used to be the first factory in now Factory No. 2. As Fillbots 2 from Rhythm Heaven is not present in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, it is unknown if it remains the second factory or if it would be Factory No. 3.
    • Although the ROBO S models do not appear in the short version of Fillbots, nor in Honeybee Remix, appropriate redesigns for them do exist in the game. The ROBO S model as a whole goes unused in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
    • In the Rhythm Heaven Screen Saver, it is shown that the ROBO M model can take off its head. Whether this is the same for the other models is unknown.
