The Cosmic Dancers are purple, ball-headed, humanoid creatures wearing black vests and red ties. They appear in the minigame Cosmic Dance in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. They play the same role as the Space Dancers in Space Dance, and their captain is Cosmic Girl in place of Space Gramps. The relationship between them and the space dancers is unknown. In Megamix, they also replace the Paddlers, and the game's name changed from Rhythm Rally 2 to Cosmic Rhythm Rally.
