This game is about a [[Pop Singer |Pop Singer]] performing a song at the stage, and her fans are monkeys. ''[[Thrilling! Is This Love?]]'' song is played in this game. The sequel, [[Fan Club 2]], is unlocked later on.

== Gameplay ==

Pop Singer stands in the center of the stage performing her song while her lively monkey fan club cheers her on. The player takes control of the monkey in the front row off to the far right. Certain phrases in Pop Singer's song indicate what action the player must take. When she sings {{Nihongo|"Yeah, yeah, yeah!"|ハイ!ハイ!ハイ!|Hai hai hai!}} or any other phrase in that pattern, the Fan Club is expected to clap four times directly afterward, following the same rhythm. The other duty of her fanbase is to clap three times and then do a short jump when she recites the line {{Nihongo|"I suppose"|かもね!|Ka mo ne!}}. The audience echoes her, but stretches out the "I" and adds in a "yeah!" (this is also when they hop). For each syllable repeated by the primates, a clap is performed.

== Controls ==

*Barely: The player monkey will clap/jump in time, but the other monkeys will look annoyed at him depending on if the player was late or early. ''A barely counts as a hit.''

*Pop Singer's design in [[Rhythm Heaven]] resembles a singer known as [[Erina Hashiguchi|Erina]], who also voiced the character in the Japanese version of the game. Her new design in [[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]] resembles another singer known as [[Ari~sa]], who revoiced the character in the Japanese version after Erina had left [[Canary Club]] in 2009.

*[[Soshi|Soushi Tanaka]], who looks like the [[Student Guitarist|student]] from [[Rockers]], makes a cameo in Try Again epilogue screen in Megamix.
