Tibby's Mom

Tibby's Mom is a big palace-like bear and a character in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. As her name states, she is the mother of Tibby and both the player and Tibby encountered her in Heaven World. She is also responsible for the dark gloomy clouds in Heaven World. This is because she has a severe case of hiccups, and cannot get them to stop without helping her.
