Super Smash Bros. (series)

Super Smash Brothers (commonly abbreviated as Super Smash Bros, or SSB) is a series of games developed and published by Nintendo. The series, consisting of four games so far, are fighting games that feature many of Nintendo's game's famous characters as fighters. Due to being a Nintendo series, the Rhythm Heaven series has made minor appearances in the games.

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/ Wii U, otherwise known as SSB4, is the fourth installment in the franchise. While the Rhythm Heaven series existed before the third game, this is the first game in the series that includes it in some form.

Smash Run Enemy

In the 3DS game's Smash Run mode, the player runs through a course while fighting off many enemies from various Nintendo franchises. Among these enemies is the Sneaky Spirit from Rhythm Tengoku.

Sneaky Spirits are rare enemies. The move just like they did in the original game, by popping up and down in the ground, moving to the right slowly, then jumping to the left to do it again. The popping can damage a player. Since they hide often and move quickly, hitting them can be difficult. However, they are weak otherwise, and managing to hit them enough sends them flying off, dropping a rare star boost, which ups all the stats of the player's character.

Trophies

In both games, there are collectible trophies that depict various characters, places, and other things from Nintendo franchises, complete with short descriptions. Among these trophies are Rhythm Heaven ones, classified as "Other".

In total, there are five trophies in the game from the Rhythm Heaven series. Three are exclusive to the 3DS version, as they are from the portable games. On the Wii U version, two trophies from the series can be obtained, both being from the home console installment.

Chorus Kids

Game: 3DS

Description:

NA: There are few games with as many charming characters as the Rhythm Heaven series. Take those groovy Love Lizards, for example. Birds could learn a thing or two from them. PAL: When it comes to the weird and wonderful, the Rhythm Paradise series has got all other games beat. Take those groovy Love Lizards, for example. Birds could learn a thing or two from them. Karate Joe knows no fear!

PAL: Has there ever been a cry more manly than the "Uh!" that appears at the start of every Karate Man stage? Doesn't it sound like it comes from the very bottom of his soul?
