This machine is a cat-shaped toy with buttons on its face. It has speakers for ears, closed eyes, and a standard cat mouth. The background is yellow, with darker yellow text which says Neko Machine (ネコ マシーン^?, Cat Machine).

The buttons resemble the button configuration of the Game Boy Advance. The buttons that represent ✚ are labeled Break (ブレイク^?, Bureiku), and the A and B buttons are labeled Phrase (フレーズ^?, Furēzu).

• Ⓐ: Phrase (High pitched)
• Ⓑ: Phrase (Low pitched)
• ✚: Break
  • Up: "Aaa" sound (High pitched)
  • Left: "Hoo-Huh" noise with a meow
  • Right: "Ooo-Aaa" noise with a quiet meow
  • Down: "Aaa" sound (Low pitched)
• Start: Plays a demo where it automatically presses buttons to a rhythm.
• Select: Return to the Rhythm Toys Menu.

• Neko Machine makes an appearance in the attract mode of Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), which automatically plays the demo. The player can interact with the machine if they wish.
