Sick Beats Doctor (バイキンはかせ?, Baikin Hakase) is a character that kills viruses with forks in the minigame Sick Beats from Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Trivia
- The Sick Beats Doctor, along with the Viruses, makes a cameo in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Support type Novice Spirit, where he raises defense at high percentages of damage. His spirit battle takes place on the Wrecking Crew stage, and he is represented by a light blue Dr. Mario, backed by the Ghosts assist trophy and the poisonous cloud effect.
- There is an unused description in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, intended to be used in the Museum. This description gives the character a name in each language, although it is debatable if it is canon, given the circumstances. These names are "Dr. Cutlery" (English), "Dr Fourchette" (French), "Doktor Gabelsberg" (German), "dottor Forchetta" (Italian) and "señor Tenedorcio" (Spanish).
