Samurai Slice is a microgame in 9-Volt & 18-Volt's mode in Game & Wario, Gamer. A standalone version of it is unlockable as a Cluck-A-Pop souvenir, titled BALLOON FIGHTER: Samurai Slice. It is a reference to the rhythm game of the same name.
Gameplay
The player takes control of The Wandering Samurai in an industrial-esque factory, who must slice the fish on the conveyor belt by slashing the sword on the correct beats. He works alongside multiple other employees, whom he should copy to succeed. In Level 3, fish fly toward each employee in an order, with the Wandering Samurai being the last one to have a fish flying his way.
Controls
- : Slice
Timing Display
- Perfect!/Ace!?: The sword slices right through the fish. The Wandering Samurai looks up at his sword with a small twinkle on the tip of it. If the slice is performed with perfect timing, the samurai completely separates the head, bones, and tail from the flesh.
- Early!/Late!?: N/A
- Miss...?: The fish moves past the Wandering Samurai. If done on Level 3, the fish flies past him instead.
