Saltwater is a blue-suited man that Tibby encounters him in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. He is a member of the Gatekeeper Trio. Saltwater runs the museum at the cafe. He allows you to look at badges, mascots, and the credit cutscenes. He is quite obviously the namesake of the second set of challenges in Challenge Land, Saltwater World.
