Marshal (マッシュ?, Marsh) (known as Matt in Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise), Cam (カモック?, Kamok), and Miss Ribbon (リボンちゃん?, Ribbon-chan) are the first three characters to appear in Rhythm Heaven Fever. Their main role is to greet the player at the beginning of the game and explain the rules.

Marshal, Miss Ribbon, and Cam appear when starting a new game or entering the Rhythm Test.
