The Munchy Monk (修行おとこ?, Shūgyō Otoko), known as the Training Monk[1], is a bald monk in training who appears in the Rhythm Game Munchy Monk in Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Heaven Megamix, and the Endless Game of the same name in Rhythm Heaven Fever.

The Munchy Monk is first seen training deep in the mountains, which which involves eating dumplings all day, as well as caring for a baby in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. At one point, the monk was spotted by a bear, who was ready to eat him, but left him alone after witnessing the monk eat a dozen dumplings at once.
