Rhythm Items are in-game collectables that can be bought from the Shop in Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Each collectable costs a certain amount of coins and comes with a description, usually having a sort of backstory. Some Endless Game Rhythm Items need to be obtained by achieving a certain amount of points from that game.
In all, there are a total of 116 Rhythm Items to collect.
