Racing Fans (レースの観客?, Race no Kankyaku) is the collective term used to refer to the crowd which blocks the player's view in the middle of Freeze Frame in Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
Story
These characters are big fans of car racing, and form a crowd during a race in Freeze Frame. They all come from Rhythm Tengoku, consisting of The Clappy Trio, the RAPMEN, the Space Dancers, and some Monkeys. However, the Supporting Cast 1 Reading Material refers to one of the members in The Clappy Trio as "the chorus conductor" and the Space Dancers as "the table-tennis guys". In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, to fill out the rest of the screen, several multicolored copies of the Space Dancers and Monkeys are added. In Wario...Where? 2: The Sequel, Mona can be seen in the crowd as well.
Despite their names, they are also fans of the Wrestler; in Rhythm Tengoku The Best Plus Comic 33レスラーとファン (Wrestler and Fans), several silhouettes of the Racing Fans form a crowd outside of the Rhythm Arena.
