The host is a blue demon. He has white hair, yellow clothes, white shoes, and a red bow tie. He wears a white undershirt and glasses.

Whenever the contestant fails, he strives to do better next time. When he fails on the last question, he goes back to studying for next time. Q Maou (Ｑ魔王?, Kyū Maō), also known as the host (司会者?, Shikai-sha), is a demon that appears in Quiz Show in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. The contestant[1] (回答者?, Kaitōsha) tries to copy his patterns to win the quiz.

Story

According to an old book, Q Maou is a legendary demon king who feeds off people's anguish, and is still around today. The recording studio of the Quiz Show is a very convenient place for him, seeing how anxious contestants get during the show. He pretends to be the host of the program and encourages people to play[2].

Whenever the contestant fails, he strives to do better next time. When he fails on the last question, he goes back to studying for next time. After acing the quiz, he scores "one mojillion points"[3], potentially receives a Skill Star[4] and wins a world trip[5].
