[[Sick Beats|Baikin Hakase]] was originally named {{Nihongo|Ms Virus|Msウィルス|Ms U~irusu}} in development because the yellow organism that gets eaten by the [[virus]]es if the player doesn't eradicate them was originally shaped like a woman's [[wikipedia:Cutilcle|cuticle]]<ref>"開発中のタイトルって、けっこう適当につけているものが多いものですから（笑）。『バイキンはかせ』も、開発中は『Msウィルス』と呼んでいました。もともとは、バイキンに食べられてしまうキャラクターが、女性のクチビルのカタチだったので、こう呼んでいたんです。" (A lot of the titles in development are pretty random (laughs). In ''[[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]]'', all of the [[Endless Games]] have an unused description intended to be seen at the [[Museum]]. Normally they are the same as that of the [[Saffron]] Trial, but for [[Sick Beats]], it matches that of the [[Paprika]] Trial in ''[[Rhythm Tengoku: The Best+]]'' and ''[[Rhythm Sesang: The Best+]]'', and is unique in every other language. Notably, this description gives the [[Sick Beats Doctor]] a name, which is never seen anywhere else.
