Bertram: Difference between revisions

Bertram is one of [[Tibby]]'s friends, and is encountered in [[Star Land]]. He says to [[Tibby]] that his glasses got all fogged up after the sky became gloomy. Bertram says that he heard a spooky voice from [[Tibby]]'s house. After [[Star Land]] is cleared, Bertram saw a heart appear in mid-air, as if someone blew a kiss at him.
