Young Cricket (ヤングクリケット?, Yangu Kuriketto) is a student who learns martial arts from his master, Master Mantis, in the WarioWare series.
He has flowing black hair with white streaks and a blue outfit.
In Rhythm Heaven
He first appeared in the minigame Kung Fu Ball in Rhythm Heaven Fever as one of kappa's students. In the game, he must kick/punch a ball back to the other student without dropping it. While it was at first thought to just be a look alike, he was later implied to be the same character in a promotional trailer for Warioware Gold.[1]
He and Master Mantis appeared in Rhythm Heaven Megamixin their Game & Wario designs in the Challenge Train course Wario... Where? 2: The Sequel. Young Cricket can be seen in the background of Munchy Monk, riding on a cloud, similar to the how the monkey from Animal Acrobat does in the Final Remix.
