Widgets are recurring characters from the Rhythm Heaven franchise, particularly Rhythm Tengoku and being one of the most recurring characters in the series, having appeared in three games in the series.
Rhythm Tengoku
Widget's first appearance in Rhythm Tengoku was in its first rhythm game, Built to Scale, as a red rod. It very soon later appears in the fourth remix alongside the four other games in Set 4 other games. Much later, it reappears along with every other game in Remix 6. And it gets a sequel minigame Built to Scale 2.
Rhythm Heaven
Widget appears in many games in Rhythm Heaven. It first appears in the minigame Built to Scale, which has the rod and the nuts have a white color, notably being the first non sequel/remix game in the game. Right after that, it reappears in set 1's remix, Remix 1. Many games later, it appears in Built to Scale 2, which has the rod and the nuts have a red color. It also has parts in the last two remixes, Remix 9, and Remix 10.
Rhythm Heaven Fever
In Rhythm Heaven Fever, the square mass-production objects appear in many different games as cameo, however they are usually Easter-eggs. It first appears, as with the other games in the Rhythm Heaven series, in Built to Scale, which has the rods red and the nuts white. This rhythm game takes place right before the third remix, it appearing again. It gets a sequel minigame in Built to Scale 2, then gets parts in Remix 8 afterwards, and in the final remix, it appearing in that as well. This proves that Widget is the most recurring character in the Rhythm Heaven series.
