The gameplay is the same as that of its prequel, but the background is now a street. Once again, you play as Courtney, and you must launch the fruits into the basketball hoops by pressing A at the right time. The apples and lemons from the first game are present in this sequel, along with a new fruit: melons. If you hear two whistles, a melon will come speeding by. Melons are launched on the third beat. As with the first game, apples are launched on the second beat and lemons are launched on the fourth beat.
