Remix 4 is the fourth remix in Rhythm Heaven Fever. Every game that appears in the original remix also appears in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

Notes
- Because the commands to trigger the opening sequence did not exist, it was instead recreated using Samurai Slice's "slideshow" mechanic.
- Because effect editing was (and currently still is) not possible at the time, Micro-Row's bubbles are the unused flower-looking object.
- The Skill Star appears in the last Ringside Section.

The fan-made Rhythm Heaven Fever Repainted introduced wacky textures and music for every game in Rhythm Heaven Fever. Remix 4 was no exception, and was converted into a YTP themed remix.
Notes
- This version has a 1 in 16 chance to be played instead of the normal remix.
- The Skill Star still appears in the last Ringside Section.
