9-Volt (ナインボルト?, Nine Volt) and 18-Volt (エイティーンボルト?, Eighteen Volt) are elementary school boys who live in Diamond City in the WarioWare series. Both share a love for video games, specifically "old school" Nintendo games.
Sal Out (ナオ☆コモリ?, Nao☆Komori) is a minor recurring character in the WarioWare series. She is a singer popular in Diamond City, best known for the song Mona Pizza.
In Rhythm Heaven
9-Volt and 18-Volt appear in Rhythm Heaven Megamix in the Challenge Train course Wario...Where?, in which they replace The Wandering Samurai in Super Samurai Slice, with 18-Volt wielding a katana while 9-Volt piggybacks on him. In the middle of the game, they ride what looks to be 9-Volt's skateboard. Instead of a maiden, they must rescue Sal Out, who was kidnapped by the evil creatures.
