Mahō Tsukai and Ojō-chan (魔法使いとお嬢ちゃん?, Mahō Tsukai to Ojō-chan) are a wizard and little girl who appear in Mahō Tsukai in Rhythm Tengoku.

Story

Mahō Tsukai is an apprentice wizard who goes to the town where the sad and lonely Ojō-chan is. The wizard loves waltzes and beautiful flowers, and he uses the magic of waltz to make the flowers bloom to cheer her up. Because he's still an apprentice, he sometimes makes mistakes and creates a monster instead, which causes the girl to cry[1]. Every time Mahō Tsukai makes a flower grow, a flower appears in Ojou-chan's hair, up to six in total.
