The Cosmic Girl (スペースおねえさん?, Supēsu Onēsan) is a girl who leads the Cosmic Dancers in the minigame Cosmic Dance, found in Rhythm Tengoku and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Her role is similar to that of Space Gramps in Space Dance.

- She and Space Gramps share the same voice, a quirk that is kept even in the Megamix version.
- Her artwork for Rhythm Heaven Megamix shows her holding a whistle; however, she never uses a whistle anywhere.
