The Pinwheel Girl (Pinwheel Boy in the American version of Fever) is a little girl in a Japanese outfit who appears in the minigame Samurai Slice in Rhythm Heaven Fever and Rhythm Heaven Megamix. She liked to play with her pinwheel, but one day, it got stolen by evil ghosts.

Trivia

• In Fever he/she was named Pinwheel Boy, but this was changed in the European version of that game and in Megamix, because she/he looks more feminine than masculine.
