*This is one of two [[remix]]es in [[Rhythm Heaven Megamix]] where the word "REMIX" is in the center of the prologue rather than in the top-left. The other one is [[Lush Remix]].

*The second half of the [[remix]] includes the title themes from [[Rhythm Heaven Series|the first four games in the series]], with each respective theme having the arrange games and [[Endless Games]] of that respective game, with this also being the first medley [[remix]] to include such games.

**Instead of [[Charging Chicken]], the [[Introduction#Rhythm Heaven Megamix: Introduction|Introduction]] is used instead, which is similar to [[Remix 10 (Wii)|Remix 10]] in ''[[Rhythm Heaven Fever]]'' including the [[Rhythm Test]].
