It returns as the 38th Rhythm Game in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, as the long version of Rhythm Tweezers.
Rhythm Tweezers 2, also known as Rhythm Datsumo in Rhythm Tengoku, is the 2nd Rhythm Game of Stage 1 (2nd overall) in Rhythm Tengoku and the 1st of Machine Tower (38th overall) in Rhythm Heaven Megamix.

The game starts with an image of a vegetable. Several hairs, both straight and curly, appear in a rhythmic pattern. After the pattern ends, a pair of hair clippers will start to scroll around the vegetable, making the player repeat the rhythm it was given to pluck the hairs. Curly hairs also appear, which require the player to hold down the button for longer.
In this game, the player is plucking hairs off of Hair Vegetables. As the vegetables appear, several hairs grow in a rhythmic pattern. After the pattern ends, a pair of tweezers appear scrolling around the vegtable. The player needs to repeat the rhythm they were given to pluck the hairs. Some of the hairs are curly, requiring the player to hold the button or tap long enough to pull it out.

While the gameplay is identical in Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the background is now purple instead of white, and the turnips are replaced with potatoes.
In Rhythm Tengoku, the background is white, with yellow onions and pink turnips. In Rhythm Tengoku (Arcade), the pink turnips are instead brown. In Rhythm Heaven Megamix, the background is purple, with more detailed onions and potatoes.
